This petition has been filed to implead the legal heir of the deceased R.Rangasamy Udayar namely, Selvam as the petitioner in the above said Writ Petition No.12 of 2018.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.3586 of 2024 is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition.
