ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.20 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent/police and to quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation has already been completed and a final report will be filed before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent police to file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
