This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27840 of 2022 on 21.11.2022 to report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report.
