This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5550 of 2013 dated 07.03.2013.

Kumaresan, representing Mr.M.V.Venkataseshan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M. Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Mr.M. Elumalai, learned Government Advocate submits that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, an order has been passed by the Thasildar, Maduranthagam dated 29.04.2013 and a copy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel for petitioner.

4. Consequently contempt petition is closed and leaving it open to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 29.04.2013.
