Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent either to grant the petitioner an additional loan amount of Rs.2 Crores as promised, or to return the petitioner's original property document which was obtained by the 3rd respondent as collateral security for granting additional loan. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent either to grant an additional loan amount of Rs.2 Crores to the petitioner as promised, or to return the petitioner's original property document which was obtained by the 3rd respondent as collateral security for granting additional loan.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 12.04.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 18.04.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on

18.04.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 20.04.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
