Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct a Cultural program (Adalkum Padalum) schedule to be held on 06.02.2019 at "Shri Mariamman Temple"at No.263 Puravipalayam, P.K.Puthur Post, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District-638504 by considering the petitioner representation dated 24.01.2019. Mr.I.Sathish Kumar Additional Government Pleader O R D E R Mr.I.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct a Cultural program (Adalkum Padalum) schedule to be held on 06.02.2019 at "Shri Mariamman Temple" at No.263 Puravipalayam, P.K.Puthur Post, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District-638504 by considering the petitioner representation dated 24.01.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent submitted that already a circular memorandum dated 31.10.2018 has been issued by the Director General of Police to all the Station House Officers/Inspectors indicating the conditions to be imposed while considering the grant of permission to "Aadal Padal Programme". Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the second respondent in the light of the Circular already issued by the Director General of Police dated 31.10.2018.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 06.02.2019. No costs.
