..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of respondents 1 to 4 in connection with the four laning of Salem - Coimbatore Section of NH-47 from K.M.1.60 to K.M.53.00 (Package 1) on Annuity Basis titled Proposed Interchange at Kondalampatti (Drawing No. DRG No. SCPLB/C-22/P1/RH/JN-02/REV) made therein and quash the same and consequently direct respondents 1 to 4 to adhere to the original Scheme finalised and approved for the said work. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
