ORDER

On an earlier occasion i.e., on 01.07.2024, M/s.Abitha Banu, learned counsel on record for the petitioners submitted that she has given change of vakalat and not appeared for the petitioners any more in this case.

2. In view of the above, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners returnable by 15.07.2024 and print the names of the petitioners in the Cause List by deleting the names of M/s.Abitha Banu and Mr.Pradeepraj, learned counsel on record for the petitioners. Thereafter, the case was posted on 15.07.2024. On 15.07.2024, it is recorded that Court notice in regard to all the three petitioners, service was awaited and the Registry has not printed the names of the petitioners. Thereafter, Registry was directed to print the names of the petitioners in the Cause List.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has filed a Memo dated 15.07.2024 reporting "no instructions" from the third respondent and the same was also recorded by this Court on 15.07.2024. Thereafter, the matter was posted today i.e., on 24.07.2024.

4. On 23.07.2024, Registry endorsed that "notice to the petitioners unserved and tapal returned with an endorsement P1-Left, P2 and P3Deceased".

Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution as far as the first petitioner is concerned and as far as the second and third petitioners are concerned, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
