2. Offence alleged is under Section 498(A) IPC.

3. Heard both sides.

4. This case relates to matrimonial dispute. Petitioners 1 and 2 are the husband and mother-in-law of the defacto complainant. There is allegation of dowry demand.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case , I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
