ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue separate patta by sub-dividing the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner, based on her online application dated 08.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with her application seeking for issuance of a separate patta by sub-dividing the subject property in her favour.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid application of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed

of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2025 seeking for issuance of separate patta by subdividing the subject property in her name, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the third respondent deem it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid application of the petitioner. No Costs. 17-02-2026 RKM To
