ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Swetha, aged 26 years and son Gokulan, aged 3 years, who is detained by the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set them at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is a case of second time elopement of the detenue along with the child with the third respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
