Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SATHISHKUMAR for MR.C.THANGARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.I.MALAR, Advocate for the second respondent and the first respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 197 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though notice has been served on the 1st respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for her, either in person or through counsel. Mrs.I.Malar takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 197 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve typed set of papers to Mrs.I.Malar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
