COMMON ORDER It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after filing of the counter by the respondents, though he tried to contact the petitioners, he failed in his attempt. However, through reliable sources he came to know that the petitioners in both these Writ Petitions are no more. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, they were said to have been promoted as Child Development Project Officers.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners in both the writ petitions passed away, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequntly, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. Page No.2 of 4

However, it is left open to the petitioners or their legal heirs to reopen the petitions, if so desire.
