ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to register an F.I.R on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. This court carefully perused the complaint dated 08.04.2013 and found that it does not contain any material warranting registration of First Information Report, except some vague allegations.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that enquiry has been conducted on the complaint dated 08.04.2013 and the same has been closed on 02.04.2013. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
