This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 28.09.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that already refusal check slip has been issued by the second respondent and a copy of the same was also placed before this court.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent shall ensure that the refusal check slip is issued to the petitioner immediately in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the same by filing a fresh writ petition.
