This application is filed to fix an early date for trial of G.W.O.P.No.464 of 2019.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent/respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is unable to meet his children during the pendency of this G.W.O.P. Therefore, he has taken out this application so as to conclude the trial expeditiously.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has filed a counter and that he is ready and willing to conduct the trial expeditiously.

5. Both the parties agreed that the matter may be posted before the learned Additional Master III for examination of witnesses on 16.03.2020 and to conclude the trial on or before 30.04.2020. Both 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

A.No.635 of 2020 in O.P.No.464 of 2019 the SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J kal parties are directed to extend their co-operation for the conclusion of the trial expeditiously. Meanwhile, the parties are directed to comply with the interim order dated 17.07.2019 in O.A.No.4277 of 2019 in respect of visitation rights.
