the 3rd respondent to furnish the video footage, photos of the surgery conducted on the petitioner, dated 26.03.2024 and the details of the procedure adopted and day to events of the petitioner's stay in the 3rd respondent Hospital.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed with a prayer directing the second respondent to direct the third respondent to furnish the video footage, photos of surgery conducted on the petitioner on 26.03.2024.
2. Without going into the maintainability of the Writ Petition or the liability of the parties, when this Court ordered notice, now, the learned 2/6
Counsel for the third respondent, would submit that such a footage is very much available and the same is also being handed over to the petitioner. The learned Counsel would also submit that the proper party will be the MIOT Hospitals Private Limited Hospital and not the Doctor in question.
3. I have already stated that I am not going even into the maintainability of the Writ Petition and it is appreciable on behalf of the Hospital to voluntarily hand over the tape without even any decision by this Court. Already, the pen drive, containing the video has been handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
