This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR filed in Crime No.434 of 2015, dated 08.05.2015, on the file of the The Inspector of Police, T-7, Tank Factory Police Station, Avadi, Chennai - 600 054 and quash the same.

2. The FIR registered under Section 107 of Cr.P.C, is the subject matter of challenge in this petition.

3. It is seen that the FIR was registered on 08.05.2015 and more than five years period is also completed and therefore, nothing survives in the FIR as on date.
