ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.859 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation the respondent police have filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate - III, Coimbatore, and it is pending for taking cognizance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Coimbatore, is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.859 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition has become dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
