Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents herein to approve the sponsorship for the team comprising of the petitioners for the participation in the "Manfred Lachs" Space Law Moot International as per the communication to the first respondent made in Letter No.8354/LS/2010 dated 15.03.2010 and in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.172 Legal (LS) Dept. dated 12.07.2007 and consequently reimburse the sponsorship amount to each of the petitioners.
