This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the first petitioner and the third and fourth respondents.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners. A perusal of the records indicate that the main dispute is with regard to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents and this writ petition has been filed to forbear the first and second respondents from interfering with the dispute between the parties. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has to approach the civil forum to agitate his rights. 2/4
