Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he sought for refund of Court fee. 1/3

Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil miscellaneous petition stand dismissed as withdrawn and consequently, the second appeal in SA.SR.No.105584 of 2022 is rejected.
