C.M.P.No.4455 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.15323 of 2024 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 234 days in filing the above appeal as against the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2023 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore in A.S.No.66 of 2019 confirming the judgment and decree dated 19.06.2017 in O.S.No.417 of 2011 passed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 234 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.4455 of 2024 is ordered.
