JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the appellant. A perusal of the records shows that though the Second Appeal is of the year 2018 till date batta has not been paid by the appellant to serve notice on the respondents and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
