This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3795 of 2015, on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The petition has been filed to complete the proceedings initiated for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 294(b), 385 and 506(i) of IPC, in C.C.No.3795 of 2015. There was no representation for the petitioner on 22.04.2016. Even today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this case.
