This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 6/9/2013 in O.A.No.656 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has made many attempts to get instructions, but they could not.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to close the instant Contempt Petition.
