ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to rectify the credit report of the petitioner by deleting the name of the petitioner from the list of Defaulters. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that still the petitioner is in the list of defaulters and committed default in repayment of the loan.

Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
