ORDER

This application is filed to permit the petitioner to take the English translation of the Tamil Will on record along with Original Will filed in O.PD.No.129576 of 2025.

2. According to the applicant, he filed an application for grant of Letters of Administration before this Court, in which the Will has to be produced in English language. As the Will was entirely in Tamil language, the same was translated to English and therefore filed this application seeking to take the same on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed.
