WMP.Nos.3147, 3150, 3153, 3155, 3157 and 3160 of 2024 in WP.Nos.2109, 2110, 2205, 2301, 2380 and 2382 of 2024 R.N.MANJULA, J.

1. These WMPs have been filed to implead the Petitioner in all the WMPs as a party Respondent in the respective Writ Petitions, pending disposal of the above Writ Petitions.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the affidavits filed in support of these WMPs.

3. In all the WMPS, the Petitioner is the State Express Transport Corporation (Tamil Nadu) Limited, represented by its Managing Director, Chennai-2. For the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these WMPs, these WMPs are allowed, as prayed for.

4. After carrying out necessary amendment in all the Writ Petitions, post the main WPs on 09.02.2024 for further hearing.
