.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A. No.3015 of 2003 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in order in G.O. Ms. No.285, Revenue (Ser-II) Department dated 12.06.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to re-instate the applicant in service with all attendant benefits.

The Original Application in O.A. No.3015 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal is the present Writ Petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Though the writ petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the year 2005 and the same is pending for quite fifteen long years, the petitioner has not chosen to appear to argue the matter today, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
