Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 81 days in preferring the appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 10.07.2019 passed in MCOP.No.1082 of 2017 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special Subordinate Court No.2, Salem and pass such further or others orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice IN CMP.NO.3048 OF 2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SATHSHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.I.MALAR, ADVOCATE for 2nd Respondent and 1st Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Mrs.I.Malar, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 81 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN0007582, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the typed set of papers on Mrs.I.Malar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
