PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in order dated 18.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.15993 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25030 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in order dated 18.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.15993 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25030 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.25030 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15993 of 2024 on 18.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
