ORDER
This impleading petition is filed by the person who lodged the objection before the registering officer on 26.11.2025. The impleading petitioner asserts that the request for registration was not accepted because of the objection petition.
2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner refutes the above position and submits that there is nothing on record to indicate that request for registration was not accepted on account of the objection petition. Relying on sale deed dated 03.11.2025, learned counsel for the writ petitioner also adds that the
impleading petitioner conveyed 72 cents under the said document and therefore has no subsisting interest in the joint family properties.
3. Even proceeding on the assumption that the objection petition was not the reason for not accepting the request for registration, the fact remains that the impleading petitioner lodged an objection petition. In those circumstances, the impleading petitioner is at least a proper party to the proceedings. Therefore, this impleading petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out consequential amendments in the writ petition.
4. List the writ petition on 26.03.2026.
