No.5626 of 2017 Prayer in W.P. No.5624 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of package No.67 in Tender Notice No.24/2016-2017/HDO/dated 30.01.2017 without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

Tender Notice No.23/2016-2017/HDO/dated 30.01.2017 without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

No.5626 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of package Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 in Tender Notice No.14/HDO/NH/2016-17 dated 31.01.2017 without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

2.Today when the matters are taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the quality certificate regarding the maintenance of the machineries would be issued by the third respondent and they will inspect and get the same by tomorrow itself. He would further submit that since the third respondent is incharge of the same, there was a delay in getting the certificate.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, these writ petitions are closed. No costs connected WMPS are closed.
