ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the modified condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16372 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26931 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16372 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26931 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
