ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant pending against the first respondent issued in CC No.249 of 2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent, came to be executed.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
