Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the letter No.CFC/Rev/FC/R/D.No. /dated 24.03.2010 issued by the 1st respondent and consequently direct the respondents to post required number Accounts Supervisors in accordance with (Permanent) B.P.(Ch) No.222 (Secretariat Branch) dated 21.11.2009 which is pursuant to the settlement dated 18.11.2009 under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act, 1947.

The instant writ petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the letter No.CFC/Rev/FC/R/D.No. /dated 24.03.2010 issued by the 1st respondent and consequently direct the respondents to post required number Accounts Supervisors in accordance with (Permanent) B.P.(Ch) No.222 (Secretariat Branch) dated 21.11.2009 which is pursuant to the settlement dated 18.11.2009 under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act, 1947. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a letter No.CFC/REv/FC/R/D.No.95/Dt.21.04.2010, stating that the order which is under challenge bearing letter No.CFC/Rev/FC/R/D.No. /dated 24.03.2010 stands withdrawn, and the said letter dated 21.04.2010 is taken on record. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
