O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, in C.M.P.No.4358 of 2015, dated 28.07.2015,

granting interim custody of cash amount of Rs.25,65,000/- seized by the respondent police from the house of the second accused. 2.The revision petitioner herein is a third party. Interim custody of the amount was given to the defacto complainant. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.123 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 and the respective counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3. This Court has also perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, is hereby directed to complete the trial within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, at the earliest possible.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case stands closed.
