Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16001 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25028 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
