This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that first petitioner is son of late Rathinam and late Dhanammal. His parents died. Mother Dhanammal executed a settlement deed in favour of granddaughters, third and fourth petitioners on 10.07.2021. One granddaughter born through his sister got signature of his mother and filed Crl.M.P.No.2430 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Hosur under Section 200 of Cr.P.C., ON 18.12.2020 in the name of his mother. Learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Hosur directed the respondent police to proceed with the complaint in accordance with law. Respondent sent summons to the petitioners for enquiry and the petitioners are unnecessarily harassed. Therefore, this petition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that C.S.R.No.21/22 dated 12.01.2022 was registered and enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed on the ground that the issue involved in this case is civil dispute on 03.02.2022.
