ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2025 and forbearing them with the peaceful conduct of business ie., cross massage in the name and style of M/s.Ky Salon and Ayurvedic Spa Centre at D/No.1/288 E2, Devarasam Patti Village and post, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District - 636 807.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is running spa centre in the name and style of M/s.Ky Salon and Ayurvedic Spa Centre, without obtaining any license as contemplated under Section 108-A of the Tamil Nadu Urban and Local Bodies Act, 1998. 3.

Considering the above submission, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot been granted. The respondent is at liberty to

take appropriate action as against the petitioner, if the petitioner running spa without any license in the manner known to law. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
