The petitioner/accused seek a direction for disposal of his bail petition on the same day by the learned District Sessions Judge, under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Tiruppur. 2.
Petitioner is accused of having committed offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC r/w Section 3(i)(x) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Crime No. 608 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.
3. There is allegation of commission of offence under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Section 18 of the Act is a bar to grant anticipatory bail.
4. In the facts and circumstances, the petition is ordered as under: (i) The petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Sessions Judge, under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Tiruppur within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) On filing his bail petition, the learned Special Judge will dispose of
