W.P. Nos.7148 and 7149 of 2010 MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.

At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is listed today under the caption "for clarification".

2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 29.06.2022, paragraph 17 and 18 of the order shall stand substituted as follows: ''17. In these circumstances, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the Respondents are directed to pay 50% of back wages along with 6% interest per annum from the date of suspension until his superannuation, after deducting the subsistence allowance, if any paid. The above exercise shall be carried out by the Respondents within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

18. With the above directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs."

3. Except the above modification, all other paras made in the earlier order dated 29.06.2022 shall remain intact.
