ORDER

The prayer sought for the in the present petition is to to pass an order transferring the investigation in Cr.No.94 of 2017 from the file of the second respondent to any other agency and more particularly to the CBCID, Krishnagiri.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner herein is not conversant with the Tamil language and that his version was not recorded in the complaint. In this grounds, that seeks for transfer of the investigation. In this connection he had also given a complaint to the first respondent by a representation dated 29.05.2017 narrating the incident.

3. I am of the view that the petitioner's representation can be taken into account during the course of investigation by the second respondent himself. However, since the petitioner apprehends that this earlier version of the complaint has not been recorded. It would be appropriate to the direct the Superior Officer to monitor the investigation. In view of the same, the criminal original petition stands disposed of with directions to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report/charge sheet as expeditiously as possible. Such an investigation shall be monitored by the first respondent herein on day to day basis.
