This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 2nd respondent to issue death certificate of Late.MR.RANGAN @ RANGAPPA, who died on 15.10.1960, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has argued the matter and when the issue of maintainability was raised and questions put with 2/5

regard to the fact that the affidavit is bereft of details, regarding the relationship of the petitoiner to the deceased, original residence of the deceased, other legal heirs of the deceased etc., the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to this effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
