ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition calling for records pertaining to the orders of the second respondent in Proceedings No.Va.Va.P.6/37630/2010 dated 12.09.2011 cancelling the allotment made in favour of the petitioner and to evict and hand over the vacant possession and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, possession was handed over to the respondents and the building was also demolished and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
