(CRIME NO.17 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 16466 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.A.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16466 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 to comply with the condition before the concerned Court.

2. The reasons stated in the petition to extend the time appears to be genuine. The petitioner who is a Army Personnel posted at Nagaland could not get leave and therefore not able to furnish sureties. Time is extended till 31.03.2022 for furnishing sureties. -sd/- 07/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
