This petition is filed to condone the delay of 432 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners. Both the respondents though having been served and the names and addresses having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 432 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
