This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his tea shop namely 'Sri Devi Sweets, Bakery and Tea Stall' situated at Katpadi to V.Kotta National Highway, Latteri bus stop, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District to be open for 24 hours daily, by considering the representation of the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Without going into the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2020 and conduct an enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
