] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Writ Appeal in W.A.SR.No.15082 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner has stated reasons to the satisfaction of this Court and the delay has been properly explained. Since this Court is fully satisfied with the reasons stated for the delay, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
